Welcome to Abbey Wood Surgery

We are open from 8.00 am – 6.30 pm weekdays, but we are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public/Bank Holidays.

We are a Teaching Practice and you may be allocated to any of the appropriate clinicians working at the Practice including Physiotherapists or the Mental Health Nurse for a consultation

We also use  clinical ‘Hubs’ run by Greenwich Health and Unity PCN to ensure we can help as many patients as possible access to a clinician where appropriate. These are based at Thames Reach in Thamesmead (Greenwich Health). Plumstead Health Centre (Unity PCN) is for Saturday appointments only.

We can also book patients into the Dressing hubs, Smoking Cessation Services or LARC (Long acting Reversible Contraception. i.e. coils) Services. Please ask at reception.
